| Additional Bio Details | Mr. McNatt focuses his practice on real estate, banking and finance, and general corporate matters. He has significant experience in the acquisition, financing, leasing and all phases of development of commercial, residential, office and mixed-use projects. He assists clients in addressing issues unique to green and sustainable development that arise during site location and acquisition, construction, financing and leasing. He serves as lead counsel for a commercial office development that is the first project to achieve LEED Platinum pre-certification in Florida. Mr. McNatt was the first attorney in Orlando to become a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). LEED APs are distinguished building professionals who have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System. In addition, as a former corporate lender for a large Florida bank, he has represented both lenders and borrowers in complex loan transactions. He has also represented Receivers with a variety of real estate projects and addressed a range of Receiver-specific issues including assumption/completion of construction projects; management, maintenance and sale of properties; condominium and homeowner association issues; and title/lien issues. |
