Michael Wahl practises energy law and corporate law, focusing on private mergers and acquisitions and project finance.
Mr. Wahl has acted on complex asset and share purchase transactions for both vendors and purchasers. He has also acted on commercial and regulatory matters for energy distributors and generators in relation to project development and the provision of energy services.
Mr. Wahl previously gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law and in the energy sector working on oil and gas transactions at another major law firm in Toronto and Calgary.
