Michaelle concentrates her practice in labor and employment, class actions and franchise law. She advises employers on federal and state employment and labor law compliance and has successfully defended employers in federal and state litigation and administrative proceedings. Michaelle has successfully represented employers in National Labor Relations Board proceedings, in efforts to combat union organizing campaigns and in collective bargaining agreements. She also represents and advises clients in franchise vicarious liability-related litigation.
