Michele R. Sowers

Michele's practice is concentrated in general business litigation and product liability litigation. She has extensive experience representing automotive manufacturers and suppliers, including some of the world's largest companies.

Michele specializes in product liability and general business litigation and represents manufacturers in cases pending in state and federal courts throughout the country. She has negotiated various contracts on behalf of her clients and is national product liability counsel for one of the world's largest airbag component suppliers. Michele has represented automotive manufacturers and automotive suppliers in product liability lawsuits and defended product liability cases involving airbag systems and other components of automobiles, motorcycles, heavy-duty trucks, consumer products, electrical distribution equipment and motor control equipment.

She has tried several cases in state and federal courts and represented a client in international arbitration before the ICC Court of Arbitration. Michele also has argued appeals in state courts.

Michele is a member of the firm's Partner Board.
