Michelle Piscopo concentrates her practice in matrimonial law. She has handled numerous cases involving substantial marital estates and has experience with complex business valuation. Ms. Piscopo has represented individuals in the negotiation and litigation of complex matrimonial matters, including:

ˇ equitable distribution
ˇ child custody
ˇ child support
ˇ alimony
ˇ adoption matters
ˇ pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
Ms. Piscopo works closely with highly qualified forensic/evaluative accountants and other financial experts and appraisers in connection with the litigation and negotiation process.
She graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, cum laude, in 2001 and was a member of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Widener University in 1990.
Ms. Piscopo has been recognized by Ten Leaders as one of the top ten attorneys in matrimonial and divorce law under the age of 45 for the Greater Philadelphia area.
Community Service & Affiliations
Ms. Piscopo is a volunteer for the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program. Ms. Piscopo was named to the First Judicial District Pro Bono Roll of Honor in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010.
She was the recipient of the 2008 Blank Rome Pro Bono Hero Award.
