Miles & Stockbridge has developed extensive capabilities to assist clients in the life sciences industry, including any company which is involved in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process or which does business with a research and development company, drug formulator or contract manufacturer for its pharmaceutical products. Although the industry is unique and has a different focus than others, we have found that many of the issues are similar to those of many of our other clients.
