The Labor and Employment Department of Miller & Martin represents a broad range of clients throughout the United States. The department has approximately 30 attorneys, creating one of the largest concentrations of labor and employment experience within a full-service firm in the Southeast. Representative Matters

• Representation of management in addressing labor law issues such as collective bargaining, arbitration, and NLRB proceedings.
• Representation of management in nationwide class action litigation, under Title VII, ADA, FMLA and ERISA.
• Service as labor and employment counsel for the world's largest soft drink bottler, the world's leading producer of family portraits, and numerous other publicly-traded manufacturers.
• Service as labor and employment counsel for numerous regional companies, including a quick-service chain with more than 280 restaurants and several leaders in the transportation industry.
• Provide labor and employment advice to numerous foreign corporations doing business in the United States.
