- Represented various clients in connection with grand jury investigations and trials of various white collar criminal matters including prosecutions involving antitrust, bank fraud, income tax fraud and medicare fraud.
- Served as Special Master in class litigation against Champion International charged with responsibility for dividing settlement proceeds among class members.
- Acted as Special Master in a lawsuit brought by over 30 minority shareholders in a regional industrial gas producer claiming securities and RICO violations.
