Mindy Patrón is a member in the firm's New Orleans office. She practices in the area of casualty litigation, which includes the defense of personal injury claims involving all products, including pharmaceutical and medical products, premise liability, construction and business litigation and toxic torts, as well as liability claims asserted against judges, lawyers, and other professionals. Mindy served as a law clerk for the Honorable Max N. Tobias, Jr., Orleans Parish Civil District Court. Mindy is currently Chair of the firm's Diversity Committee and its Women's Initiative. She is also the Chair of the New Orleans Bar Association's 2012 Justice for All Ball. She formerly served as the Program Chair for the DRI Women's Committee and the DRI Young Lawyers Committee.
