Mitchell & Courts, LLP is a trust and estates practice firm comprised of two attorneys with diverse experience and backgrounds. Since 1998 we have represented families and small businesses. We pool our combined experience and resources for the benefit of our clients. The firm is conveniently located for client representation throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

We emphasize respectful client service and rapid evaluation of legal matters. For contested matters, we attempt early resolution wherever possible, but we also have the experience, ability and willingness to litigate effectively and efficiently. Depending on the case, we may resolve disputes through early settlement or participation in an alternative dispute resolution program.
