A. Ben Mitchell commenced the practice of law in 1966 with the Craig & Craig oil law firm. In 1978, he departed and began an independent practice which has evolved into Mitchell Law Office, P.C. The legal practice has developed into concentrated areas-from the needs of small business, family financial needs and estate planning, and all aspects of the oil and gas industry. He is a published author and has pursued many appellate reviews of trial court decisions. He represents professional fiduciaries and lawyers in matters concerning their duties and responsibilities.
