Our immigration attorneys are knowledgeable in the administrative processes of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) formerly known as the INS and many other government agencies that affect employment and immigration into the United States. Additionally, the Department works closely with the Labor and Employment, Entertainment and New Media, Tax, Corporate, and Litigation Practices in order to provide multidisciplinary counsel to achieve our clients' objectives.

Services Available
- USCIS: Full range of employment visas, including E-1 Treaty Trader, E-2 Treaty Investor, L-1 intracompany transferees (including executives, managers, and professionals), and H-1B professional worker visas, labor certifications, family green card petitions, citizenship petitions, and retention of U.S. resident status.
- Establish In-House Training Programs: Training of clients' attorneys and human resource professionals regarding immigration of foreign nationals, admission of international transferees, compliance with and implementation of federal immigration reform and control laws, including employment verification and I-9 form compliance, prohibited discrimination under Immigration and Nationality Laws, and Department of Labor audits.
- Client Defense: Representation in audits conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor's OFCCP and Wage and Hour Divisions, the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (BICE), and Form I-9 audits.
- Navigation of Security Related Concerns: Assist clients in navigating security concerns related to visas and travel to the US for corporate executives and talented individuals.
Representative Matters
- Representation of major international petroleum, data communications, entertainment, health care, and consumer products companies concerning transfers of critical foreign managerial, professional and technical personnel to U.S. offices.
- Representation of health care, manufacturing, and other clients in company-wide Department of Labor and Immigration audits.
- Successful prosecution of appeals for a motion picture studio to qualify a director of photography, editor, production designer, and lighting specialist for employment visas to film in the U.S.A.
- Advice and counsel on immigration strategies, rights, and responsibilities in light of threatened entertainment industry strikes.
