Moe Keshavarzi is a partner in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Keshavarzi specializes in complex business litigation. His experience includes representing clients in a variety of business disputes involving claims of violations of state and federal antitrust laws, unfair business practices, false advertising, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties and breach of contract. Mr. Keshavarzi has also been involved in insurance litigation and defending class action lawsuits. Mr. Keshavarzi's cases have related to a broad spectrum of industries including financial institutions, insurance, retail, real estate and oil. Mr. Keshavarzi has experience in all aspects of California and federal civil procedure including drafting and opposing motions; arguing motions in court; conducting and defending depositions; preparing for and representing clients in trial and private arbitration; and briefing for various appellate courts.
Mr. Keshavarzi has significant courtroom experience at both trial and appellate levels. He has tried to verdict cases involving breach of contract, fraud and unfair competition and has argued matters before the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Keshavarzi's matters have resulted in several published decisions including the following:
