Moira Buckley practices in the areas of white collar crime, government investigations and corporate compliance. She represents individuals at the trial level who are charged with offenses in federal and state court, including bank fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, land flipping, making false statements to the government, robbery, narcotics offenses, murder, sexual assault, and DUI.
Moira has an extensive background in criminal appellate defense, having briefed and argued more than 25 cases in the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts. She also has experience representing clients in international extradition proceedings.
She previously served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Appellate Unit of the Office of the Public Defender.
