Established in April 2005, Molden & Holley, LLC is a multi-service law firm located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The Firm was founded by graduates of the nation's top-ranked law schools whose legal experience was honed at some of the nation's leading law firms. The Firm is officially certified as a Minority Business Enterprise by the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC). We represent a cross-section of established and emerging businesses as well as individuals in commercial litigation, employment law and transactional matters. The lawyers who make up Molden & Holley have combined 30 years of legal experience, permitting the Firm to offer legal services on par with any major law firm, but at substantially reduced costs to the client. At Molden & Holley, we combine the professionalism and expertise gained from our large law firm backgrounds with the value, accessibility and personal touch for which small law firms are known. Our lawyers' experience ranges from handling major mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial real estate deals, to litigating employment discrimination claims and helping defend against multi-million dollar securities class action lawsuits. The Firm prides itself on providing clients the same depth and breadth of legal expertise provided to the 'big firm' clients at much more competitive rates. With 30 years of combined legal experience, our lawyers have been involved in a broad cross-section of legal matters. The following are representative of our expertise:
