Molly E. Meacham

Molly E. Meacham is an associate at Cooley Manion Jones LLP, and her civil litigation practice focuses on a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes. Molly has experience representing clients involved in contract disputes, Chapter 93A cases, environmental litigation, products liability, insurance coverage disputes, copyright litigation, trade secrets litigation and government investigations. Additionally, Molly has experience representing clients involved in appellate litigation before the First and Second Courts of Appeal, the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Molly has co-authored publications on a broad variety of topics including consumer confusion under the Lanham Act, punitive damages, the excess and surplus insurance lines industry, the Hague Conventions on Taking Evidence Abroad and the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters and the torts of public and private nuisance. Molly is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Molly received her B.A., Honors Program from Villanova University in 2002 with majors in English and Classical Studies, and her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2006.
