Molly enjoys working with and helping her business clients to solve problems, taking a collaborative approach with them to achieve their goals. Molly grew up playing competitive sports and understands that the success of any team depends on planning, preparation and careful attention to the details. As a litigator, she is often addressing a problem in the context of defending a lawsuit. And, Molly understands the most effective way to build a successful litigation strategy is to understand her client's business, including its operations, as well as its aspirations. Her varied litigation background and experience serve as valuable assets in advising her clients with business decisions, not only to help avoid potential legal pitfalls but also to accomplish the goal at hand.

Outside Nexsen Pruet

Molly enjoys the challenge of learning something new, and she has added dog training to her list. She grew up with dogs and “inherited” her husband's two Labrador retrievers when they married five years ago. Deacon is the newest addition to their family. He comes from a long line of British retrievers, and Molly is working to train him as a hunting dog. Their dogs are the ultimate outdoor companions for Molly and her husband, who enjoy hiking, fishing, running, swimming and biking, though they don't usually take the dogs on the bikes! While Molly has not mastered the art of dog training, she is on her way. Now if she could only train Deacon not to chew her work shoes....
