Ms. Rezac is a shareholder in the firm's Employment Law Department. She focuses her efforts on all types of employment litigation matters including discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americas with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), in addition to retaliation claims, wrongful discharge claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims, breach of contract claims, and claims involving workplace torts. She practices before all federal and state agencies charged with enforcement of these statutes as well as represents clients in courtroom litigation in all courts.
Ms. Rezac also acts as an advisor to companies regarding various employment matters, including formulating employment policies and drafting employee handbooks, and regularly presents workplace seminars for employees regarding federal and state employment law.

Obtained defense verdict for major national retailer in a disability discrimination jury trial.
Obtained defense verdict for major national drugstore retailer in a racial discrimination public accommodations trial.
Negotiated a favorable settlement for a leading financial firm in a sexual harassment lawsuit. Obtained summary judgment for a major governmental defense contractor in a disability and retaliation lawsuit.
Obtained favorable finding of no violation of discrimination statutes from the United States Housing and Urban Development (HUD) agency in a claim alleging disability discrimination in rental practices.
Obtained favorable finding of no probable cause of violations of statutes before the Nevada Equal Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of a local governmental agency in gender discrimination claim.
Successfully guided hotel casino through wage and hour claim and subsequent audit before the Nevada Labor Commissioner's office.
Successfully negotiated key executive contract for company in healthcare industry.
Developed all employment policies and assisted with training for local government agency.
Provided supervisor and sexual harassment training for national public relations firm.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Rezac was a shareholder for several years at the Nevada law firm of Jones Vargas, practicing employment law.
