Ms. Rezac is a shareholder in the firm's Employment Law Department. She focuses her efforts on all types of employment litigation matters including discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americas with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), in addition to retaliation claims, wrongful discharge claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims, breach of contract claims, and claims involving workplace torts. She practices before all federal and state agencies charged with enforcement of these statutes as well as represents clients in courtroom litigation in all courts.
Ms. Rezac also acts as an advisor to companies regarding various employment matters, including formulating employment policies and drafting employee handbooks, and regularly presents workplace seminars for employees regarding federal and state employment law.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Rezac was a shareholder for several years at the Nevada law firm of Jones Vargas, practicing employment law.

Ms. Rezac was recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as Mountain States Rising Star for 2012. This tremendous distinction is shared by only 2.5% of the state's total attorneys.

In 2008, Ms. Rezac was honored as a Woman of Achievement by the Northern Nevada Women's Fund.

Ms. Rezac is the program co-chair for the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association.
