Molly Richman is an associate in the firm's San Francisco office. Her practice involves litigation and counseling in all areas of employment and labor law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She represents employers in single plaintiff and class action litigation in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Curiale Hirschfeld Kraemer, Ms. Richman was an associate in the labor and employment department at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith.

Ms. Richman has experience representing employers in a wide variety of employment-related litigation, including single -plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wrongful termination actions, as well as wage and hour class actions. She has successfully represented employers before administrative agencies, including the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
