| Biography | Professional Experience Monica Parvulescu practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on complex patent and Hatch-Waxman litigation in the chemical and pharmaceutical arts. While in law school, Ms. Parvulescu interned at Sony BMG's Artists and Repertoire Division where she focused on disputes related to artists' recording contracts. Ms. Parvulescu also served as a Senator of the Student Bar Association and as the Associate Acquisitions Editor for the Cardozo Public Law, Policy, and Ethics Journal.
