Monica Logan represents clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, corporate governance and securities compliance matters and mergers, acquisitions and other strategic business transactions.
Ms. Logan has represented issuers in over $10 billion of equity and debt securities over the last four years and has substantial experience as trustee's counsel in a variety of debt offerings. She advises public companies in securities regulatory compliance, including the drafting and review of registration statements, proxy statements and periodic reports under federal securities laws, and advises public and privately-held companies in general corporate compliance matters.
Ms. Logan also has extensive experience representing investor-owned utilities in numerous tax-exempt bond issuances relating to pollution control and solid waste disposal projects.
