MONICA W. SARGENT - Her practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate finance and transactional work for clients ranging from emerging growth companies to mature, publicly-traded companies. Ms. Sargent has experience advising public and private companies regarding corporate governance matters, compliance with federal and state securities laws and general corporate matters. She has represented issuers in public debt offerings, structured financings, and private placements of debt and equity securities. She is also experienced with mergers and acquisitions and various commercial and business transactions.
