The Moore Family Law Firm is limited to the general practice of Family Law, issues of Domestic Violence and DWI Defense. The partners of the firm are Charla Moore, who has been licensed since 1990, and Jim Moore, licensed since 1996. With a commitment to the individual needs of our clients we offer a wide range of representation services in litigation, negotiation and Mediation. The benefit of Charla Moore's first hand experience as an Associate Judge in the Family Law courts provides a unique insight into the system, its procedures and processes.
While this may be your first involvement with the Family Law System, our staff deals with the issues of divorce, custody, visitation, support, enforcement and domestic violence as a team with individual commitment, proven experience and a record of positive results.
