Versatile firm started in 1991, prior to firm's inception, John Moreno was a solo practitioner for 10 years with emphasis in criminal defense and plaintiff's personal injury litigation, products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, truck, auto and motorcycle accidents. Jesse Rivera, prior to firm inception had background as criminal defense litigator and insurance defense attorney with emphasis in public entity defense, civil rights as well as construction defect defense, contract litigation and insurance defense.

This firm has continued to excel in the above areas of practice lending a unique insight into each case it handles. Currently, the firm has multistate practice privileges in California and Oregon and is multidimensional in that some members are bilingual: English/Spanish/Danish.
