Morgan J. West is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP where he is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
While in law school, Mr. West was a summer associate with Foley where he assisted attorneys with litigation, business, IP and health care matters. He was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Philip M. Pro for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
Mr. West earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 2011) where he was senior editor and a member of the article review committee for the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy. He graduated, magna cum laude, with University Honors, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (B.A., 2008).
Mr. West is admitted to practice only in Virginia and is practicing under the supervision of a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
