Morgan focuses her practice on representing corporations as debtors-in-possession in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Recent debtor representations include National Envelope Corporation, Regent Communications, Inc. and Eddie Bauer Holdings, Inc. Additionally, Morgan has represented creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and trustees, as well as assisting in bankruptcy-related litigation.
Morgan is a graduate of Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE. She was the Bluebook Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was also a Wolcott Scholar during her third year of law school.
She completed her undergraduate studies at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science.
During law school, Morgan worked with the Civil Litigation department of the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office. She also spent a year as a Victim Advocate in the Families of Murder Victims Division of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office prior to attending law school.
