The attorneys in our Corporations and Emerging Businesses Practice have experience representing a variety of corporate clients, from emerging (pre-IPO) businesses to multibillion-dollar corporations with worldwide operations. This experience also entails representing U.S. businesses in establishing and managing their relationships with subsidiaries, affiliates and strategic partnerships in overseas countries, particularly China, Australia and Malaysia, and we represent non-U.S. companies who have subsidiaries and affiliates in the United States. We are also skilled in helping our clients handle the entire litigation process, from counseling and preparation, through trial and the appeals process. We also supervise and coordinate local counsel in litigation matters. Our lawyers are admitted to practice in most Northeastern and several Midwestern states; in those states in which we do not have an office, we avail ourselves to a network of cost-efficient law firms to act as local counsel for us. We guide our clients through matters that take place through the ordinary course of business, but we also specialize in corporate crisis management - anticipating and also solving unforeseen matters as they arise. We provide business solutions and practical business advice to rising companies.
