Founded in Toulouse in 1989, the firm brings together the two branches of the French Bar, comprising both "Avocats d' Affaires" and former "Conseils Juridiques", all having worked with international commerce either as specialized company lawyers or as in-house legal counsel. The firm is internationally orientated and, in addition to advising foreign-based clients on doing business in France, assists its clients in the development of markets outside France.
