Moses & Brackett, PC, is located in the central business district of downtown Columbia, South Carolina. The Firm has a General Practice which includes: litigation in all state and federal courts (including trials and appeals); administrative law; domestic or family law; corporate, tax and business matters; estate planning, estate administration, fiduciary and probate litigation; insurance defense; employment law; workers' compensation law; personal injury litigation; municipal law; and the law of public acquisitions: condemnation/eminent domain, with representation of condemnors, landowners, and other condemnees (lessees, easement holders, utilities, etc.).

The lawyers of the Firm are active in national, state and local bar associations and lecture frequently in seminars sponsored by the South Carolina Bar CLE division and other commercial continuing education firms. The Firm's attorneys have authored or co-authored several books, including one published nationally by West Group, one published nationally by the American Bar Association, and others by the South Carolina Bar CLE division. One of the Firm's attorneys is a certified specialist (Estate Planning); two either serve or have served as adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law and on the South Carolina Bar Review faculty. One of our attorneys is associate counsel to the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
