Practice/Industry Group Overview

Moye White's attorneys represent institutional and private lenders in securing and realizing their financings. In addition to tailoring customized documents for complex individual loan transactions, we develop commercial and real estate loan documentation programs for institutional lenders. Our proprietary loan documentation program, which encompasses both underwriting and loan participation, utilizes loan package templates that we have developed internally or with our clients, and which we continually refine over the course of our engagements.

We draft and review secured and unsecured loan documents involving both real and personal property, and construction/development financing. We also represent clients in secondary market lending, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs, warehouse and term loans, and collateralized debt obligations.
