Practice/Industry Group Overview

Moye White creates HOAs for real estate developers and other clients. We also assist existing HOAs of all sizes to run more effectively, avoid conflict, and better serve their members. We bring together the collective resources of our transactional, real estate, and trial attorneys to provide comprehensive services.

We draft and update bylaws and property management agreements to address the initial and changing needs of homeowners' associations. Our attorneys work with board leadership to develop policies for enforcement of covenants and collections. We also assist with interpretation of governing documents and insurance policies.

When required, we resolve issues through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Our attorneys regularly address disputes related to member claims, as well as design and construction defects.
