Moye White represents and defends insurance companies, underwriters, and policy issuers for the legal, medical, homeownership, real estate, and other industries. Our representation includes individual and class actions alleging bad faith, construction defects, denial of coverage, employment discrimination, insurance fraud, harassment, malpractice, premises and product liability, subrogation, workers compensation, and wrongful death. We appear before judges, juries, administrative agencies, and in arbitration proceedings.
