Practice/Industry Group Overview

Moye White represents governmental entities in their public finance work, including the issuance of private activity bonds, bond issues on behalf of 501(c)(3) entities, conduit financings, multifamily housing revenue bonds and other revenue bonds. In addition, we have represented governmental entities relating to permitted investment procedures, ballot issues and intergovernmental agreements. We have served as disclosure counsel in a wide range of taxable and nontaxable bond financings. Moye White has been listed in the Municipal Bond Attorney section of the Bond Buyers Municipal Marketplace (the Red Book) since 1993.
