He also has a Diploma in Tort from Universidad de Chile's Law School (2001). From 1996 to 2003, he worked for Carey y Cía and then became coordinator partner of the Judicial Area of Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner. Mr. Waugh is a member of the Chilean bar Association.
