Mr. Andi Memi is Partner and one of the founders of Hoxha, Memi & Hoxha. Andi specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law, Banking Law, Insurance Law, Concessions and Energy Law. Andi has been involved in a significant number of transactions ranging from major acquisitions in the financial sector, to major energy and concession projects. He has been involved in a number of M&A, privatizations, complex corporate transactions. Moreover Andi has assisted investors in the implementation of energy project on planning procedures, licensing and regulatory issues as well as during the project implementation phase. In addition, Andi has been part of the legal teams that drafted the new Albanian commercial registry law (effective from 2007). Andi is a Local Partner for the World Bank's Doing Business project. Andi Memi received a J.D. equivalent, from Tor Vergata University of Rome Law School in 2001. Andi is a qualified Albanian lawyer. He has been lecturer of public law at Tirana University. His native language is Albanian and he is fluent in English and Italian.
