 | Mr. Creig Kinch, LL.B., M.A.Associate Creig Kinch was born in Barbados and attended the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus in Barbados from which he graduated in 2003 with an LL.B. (Hons.) degree. He then completed the Legal Education Certificate at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago in 2005 and was the valedictorian for his class. He was called to the Bar in Barbados in 2005. Creig joined Clarke Gittens Farmer in 2005 as an Associate in the Litigation Department where he specialised in civil, corporate and commercial litigation. Creig subsequently transferred to the property department in 2007 and practices in the areas of secured lending transactions and title suits. Creig’s interests include alternative dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, construction law, property law and civil litigation.
