I do not believe Daggett did a good job on my case. He was very pleasant and had a nice office and got back to me in a timely manner. I felt he hurried through my case and did not spend much time gathering facts. The other driver was charged and admitted guilt and my car was totaled. I felt I should have gotten more from the case. He came highly recommended.

The amount they take for representing you is not greater than $5,300.00, however that does not include the little other fees involved. By the time you go to court they grab at least 1/3 of your award.{newline}I call it raping the public legally.
