| Biography | Ilir's practice focuses on corporate, commercial, energy, tax and labor law. He has been involved in several commercial transactions ranging from concessions to privatizations of public companies. Ilir joined the firm in 2008. Prior to joining HM&H, Ilir worked at Tonucci & Partners Law Firm, where he was involved in a significant number of transactions. Ilir obtained his master degree in International Business Law from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Rome, Italy (La Sapienza). Mr. Ilir Johollari received a J.D. equivalent in law, from the University of Rome, Italy (La Sapienza). Mr. Ilir Johollari is a qualified Albanian lawyer. His native language is Albanian and he is fluent in English and Italian. |
