| Biography | M. V. Kini is the Proprietor of M.V. Kini & Co. which was established by him in the year 1978. Mr. Kini has extensive experience and expertise both in Litigation as well as Corporate Laws. Having worked in a public sector bank in earlier part of his career, he is well versed with the functioning of the banks. He regularly advises private and Government bodies on complex issues concerning corporate governance as well as on service matters. He was appointed as the Special Public Prosecutor to prosecute the striking Air Traffic Controllers of the Airports Authority of India at Mumbai. Mr. M.V. Kini received an Excellence Award from the Accommodation Times for his contributions as a leading Real Estate lawyer to the real estate sector. He has authored books on Negotiable Instruments Act and on Law relating to Mortgage. |
