| Biography | Mr. Pentiuk is a member of the American Bar Association where he is involved with the Litigation, State and Local Government Sections, the Forum for Affordable Housing and Community Development Law Forum. In the State Bar of Michigan, he is involved with the Business Law, Public Corporation Law, Consumer Law, and Elder Law Sections, and the Condominium, Community Association and Housing Cooperative Law Committee. He is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association and works on the Real Property Law Committee, Real Property Law Condominium and AIA Construction Contracts Subcommittees and the Civil Practice Committee.
