Shawn M. Domzalski is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he currently practices in the firm's Corporate Department. Mr. Domzalski has worked on transactions and matters involving the telecommunications and technology industries in Fujian, Hong Kong, and Taipei.
Mr. Domzalski earned his law degree magna cum laude in 2006 from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and a Sayre Macneil Scholar. He served as Executive Editor of Loyola Law Review, was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, and was selected for membership in the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society of Jesuit Institutions. He studied at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Nanjing, Taiwan Normal University's Mandarin Language Program, and received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Washington University. Mr. Domzalski worked in translation (Chinese to English) in Taipei, Taiwan prior to entering the law.
Mr. Domzalski is admitted to practice in the State of California.
