Sujal M. Pandya is an associate in the Indianapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP and a member of the firm's Finance, Insolvency and Restructuring Department, and Corporate Department.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg Mr. Pandya was a summer associate in the firm's Indianapolis office where he drafted lease agreements and resolutions for approval of bond financing. He was chosen as one of seven Indiana Governor's Fellows, and, as part of the program, served as a financial analyst for the Indiana Finance Authority. He also worked one summer in the Allen County, Ind. Prosecutor's Office, another summer in the Adult Probation Department, and spent time as a research assistant to the department chair for the University of Notre Dame's Department of Economics and Policy Studies.
Mr. Pandya earned his B.A. summa cum laude in Economics from the University of Notre Dame where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, a student senator, and member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon, International Economics Honors Society. He earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School where he was an article editor for the Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy.
Mr. Pandya is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana.
