Rosalind is a Partner in the Corporate Department of Clarke Gittens Farmer. She provides legal advice with respect to the incorporation, redomiciliation, reorganisation and private finance transactions of entities in Barbados' international financial services sector. She also advises in connection with commercial agreements and labour and employment issues related to entities licensed in the international financial services sector.

Rosalind is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, an organisation established to promote and maintain professionalism in the fields of commerce and administration.
