| Biography | Willie A.M. Moss joined the firm as a partner in the Freeport office in March 2007. She has extensive experience in the corporate, commercial and real estate areas of law. Willie has served as Deputy Chairman of Bahamas Agricultural and Industrial Corporation (BAIC), Deputy Chairman of The Bahamas Mortgage Corporation, Chairman of the Grand Bahama Island Tourism Promotion Board and General Counsel, Deputy Chairman and President of the Grand Bahama Port Authority. Willie presently holds directorships on the boards of a leading Bahamian commercial bank, an insurance and financial investment company and serves as member of the board of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of The Bahamas. She has served as a member of the Bar Council, of The Disciplinary Tribunal of the Bahamas Bar Association and is a past president of The Freeport Law Society.
