Professional Experience:
Ms. DeRaps focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and transactional law, as well as estate planning and administration. In addition, she counsels corporations, non-profit entities and community associations regarding contracts, governance and other legal issues.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Ms. DeRaps served as law clerk for the Honorable Ariel A. Rodriguez, P.J.A.D, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. In addition, she was an intern for the Delaware Department of Justice in the Civil, Fraud and Criminal Divisions. Before entering law school, Ms. DeRaps was employed as a real estate appraiser.
