| Biography | Ms. Elda Shuraja is an associate at Hoxha, Memi & Hoxha. Elda's practice focuses on Energy Law, Labor Law and Immigration Law. Moreover, her practice includes Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts. Elda has been dealing with different aspects and issues related to the business of a commercial company from the establishment to the labor issues and immigration issues for expatriates. She has been also involved in a number of energy projects, where she has mainly been focused on licensing procedures and regulatory issues. Elda joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining HM&H, she worked at Bakiaj Law Firm, as assistant attorney, where she was involved in a significant number of tasks such as assisting the attorneys in preparation of contracts, company incorporation, as well as assisting attorneys dealing with litigation, participating in hearings with the Court. She received a J.D. equivalent, from Tirana University, Faculty of Law in 2003. Ms. Shuraja is a qualified Albanian lawyer. Her native language is Albanian and she is fluent in English, Italian and has a basic knowledge of French. |
