Ms. Greta Bassett-Seymour, Esq.

Since 2002, Greta has been practicing Social Security disability law. To her credit, she has appeared before more than 150 different Administrative Law Judges at more than 75 different Offices of Disability Adjudication and Review, had significant success in convincing Administrative Law Judges to award benefits without the necessity of a hearing, and has achieved numerous favorable decisions from the Appeals Council. Greta has been the owner and Managing Partner of the Bassett Law Firm since 2004. She views claimant relations as the most important aspect of being an effective attorney and having a successful practice. Due to the sensitivity of the cases, primarily the client's health, she feels it is her job to make the client feel as comfortable as possible, in order to get the best information to pass on to the judge. It is also her job to pass along this same sense of priority to her attorneys and staff. For Greta, clear communication with the client early on is the key to a quicker result in Social Security disability claims. Prior to joining the practice of law, Greta was a high school and middle school teacher.
