Ms. Hebert is an associate in the Miami office, and concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation including premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, automobile negligence, negligent security, toxic torts, construction defects, property damage, professional negligence, subrogation and insurance coverage issues. She is a member of the Florida Bar and serves on the Florida Bar Animal Law Committee.
Ms. Hebert was born and raised in Houma, Louisiana, a suburb of New Orleans, and attended the University of Texas at Dallas, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. She prepared and defended her honor's thesis entitled "The Effects of Post-Event Information on Eyewitness Memory in Free Recall," and was inducted into the Golden Key International Honor's Society.
After receiving her undergraduate degree, Ms. Hebert continued her education at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida, where she made the Dean's List and received the book award in Torts. While there, Ms. Hebert gained valuable experience interning at the Broward County Attorney's Office, negotiated the implementation of a course addition to the law school curriculum, organized a Florida Bar-approved CLE seminar, and conducted educational workshops for high school students interested in a legal career. She served as President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors fraternity.
Ms. Hebert is a published writer and an active member of both the Broward County Bar Association and the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, cooking, and cheering for her New Orleans Saints.
