Ms. Ledia Beçi is an associate at Hoxha, Memi & Hoxha. Ledia's practice focuses on public law and administrative procedures. She has been involved in several projects, such as concessions, company acquisition etc., where she has assisted clients of the firm during the relevant concession procedures as well as regulatory licensing procedures. Ledia joined the firm in January 2008. Before joining HM&H, Ledia worked at the "Police Assistance Mission of the European Community in Albania" (PAMECA), where she was involved in a significant number of projects related to legal advice toward the Albanian police and General Prosecution Office. She also worked at the "Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Presence in Albania" (OSCE PiA), where she was involved in various projects in the area of human rights and security issues. Ledia obtained a J.D. equivalent, from Bucharest University Law School (Romania) in 1999. Her native language is Albanian and she is fluent in English, Romanian and Italian, and has a basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
