Professional Experience
Mr. Laulicht's practice involves antitrust, unfair competition, and other types of business dispute resolution, including, dealer and franchise issues, partnership disputes, legal malpractice cases, regulated industries, and real estate controversies. He has represented such clients as Agfa Corporation, Allied-Signal, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Browning-Ferris Industries, Caesars World, Chicago Title Insurance Company, the City of Newark, Clear Channel Entertainment, Chelsea Property Group, Coldwell Banker, Estee Lauder, Footstar Corporation, Ford Motor Company, Kushner Companies, Monmouth County Association of Realtors, Mita Copystar, the State of New Jersey, Sony Electronics, Supermarkets General, Warner Chilcott, and Weichert Realtors.
Mr. Laulicht served as law clerk for The Honorable Harold R. Medina, United States Courts of Appeal for the Second Circuit, 1964-1965.
Representative Matters
· Represented Chelsea Property Group in a suit challenging radius clauses in its outlet center leases
· Represented Japanese electronics firms (Matsushita, Sharp, and Mita) in patent/antitrust litigation
· Represented Agfa Corporation, Browning-Ferris Industries, Clear Channel Entertainment, and Sony Electronics against various antitrust claims
· Represented Caesars World in trademark litigation preventing Trump Plaza Casino from using the name Trump Palace
